At Jubbas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate your unique return authorization number.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
